MY FAVORITE FRAGRANCE HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. WHAT CAN I DO?
A:
Occasionally we will discontinue certain fragrances or products to make room for new items. Click here to see if your favorite fragrance has returned to our Classics program.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
A:
Click on Order Status and sign-in to Your Account 24 hours a day. You may view information about your most recent orders as well as past orders. Once your order has been shipped, it may take up to 48 hours before tracking is available.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER INTERNATIONALLY?
A:
At this time Parker&Morgan service two shipping regions. Region one is Thailand. Region two is Brunel, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Macao and Vietnam.

If you are in another region please email us at mail@parkerandmorgan.com and we will give you charges for shipping and handling. Please note that our returns policy detailed on this site is not applicable to returns from outside the two regions we currently service.

HOW DO I USE MY PROMOTION CODES?
A:
To redeem a promotion code, enter the code exactly as it appears in the field provided on one of the following pages: Shopping Bag page, Payment page or the Review Your Order page in Checkout. Click "Apply" and your discount will be displayed in the payment summary. Only one Promotional Discount code per order will be accepted. Please refer to the offer details for redemption information and specifics about the offer.
